AIAA SciTech Forum 2022

Monday, 03 - Friday, 07 Jan 2022

Online & San Diego

Jakub Kucera, EngD - NCC, will be presenting "Highly automated design for the manufacture of composite components" at the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) SciTech Forum, on 4th January 2022, 2pm-3.30pm.

The research that is being presented has contributed towards the Digital Engineering Technology & Innovation (DETI) programme, led by the NCC, by developing a novel toolchain methodology. The toolchain method allows for more holistic, multidisciplinary optimisations, hence improving the design in terms of how well it satisfies the specification. It can also minimise, or even eradicate, any rework related engineering time.

AIAA SciTech is taking place 3rd - 7th January 2022, San Diego, CA, and online, and is one of the world’s largest events for aerospace research, development, and technology.
