Pete is joined by Matthew Bilson, Deputy Director - Energy Innovation Strategy, Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy. As well as Dr Terence Macquart, Lecturer in Aeroelastics, Department of Aerospace Engineering, University of Bristol.
