In response, the National Composites Centre (NCC) has developed an interactive map to provide insights into Oxide, Silicon, Carbon, and Ultra-high Temperature Ceramic-based CMCs. This map highlights material suppliers, fabricators, research capabilities, and supporting technologies, offering a novel way to explore the evolving UK CMC working group.
Users can browse the map by searching active sectors and capabilities to discover available offerings. The map is dynamic, regularly updated, and will continue to evolve, reflecting the growth of the UK CMC community.
